The Waveshare CM5-DUAL-ETH-MINI is a compact carrier board built for the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 (CM5), designed for networking and embedded applications. It features two independent Gigabit Ethernet ports based on the Realtek RTL8111H controller, making it suitable for use in routers, firewalls, IoT gateways, and edge computing systems.

The board includes a USB 3.0 Type-A host port for high-speed peripherals, along with a USB Type-C port used for power input or eMMC programming. It also provides a standard 40-pin GPIO header for Raspberry Pi HAT compatibility and general-purpose I/O expansion. Multiple power input options are supported, including a 4-pin terminal block, as well as a dedicated connector for a 5V fan.

With support for CM5 modules featuring the Broadcom BCM2712 processor, LPDDR4X memory, and onboard eMMC storage, the baseboard offers reliable I/O access in a small footprint. Built-in ESD protection on key interfaces further improves its durability for industrial environments. The CM5-DUAL-ETH-MINI is suited for compact and low-power systems that require dual Ethernet and standard Raspberry Pi I/O.
